This is the first—and for now, only—set made of its kind. A simple form, forged from the humblest materials. Our Tavolo knife, but with a twist: both blade and handle are reversed during the forging process, creating a mirrored tension in each piece. The handles are made of bone—lean, clean, and timeless. One of a kind, in a set of six, with each knife paired with its own individual sheath made of vegetable-tanned leather.
